General Information

By purchasing the ticket online, you are agreeing to pay the full ticket price for an adult.

All prices are quoted in Turkish Liras.

E-ticket is valid only at the Museum which has been chosen.

E-ticket is valid only for one person and for a single entry.

All e-tickets purchased must be printed at home and will be validated at the turnstiles.

There is no delivery for e-tickets.

Türsab-Mtm cannot be held responsible if e-mail is blocked, treated as junk mail, or otherwise not received due to the recipient’s personal e-mail settings or other electronic transmission problems beyond our control.

Payment

All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Payment requires a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

You will be asked to provide certain personal information and your credit card details. After verification that the required fields are completely and correctly filled in, including the security code number of your card, you will receive a confirmation.

By purchasing online you accept that it is a legal obligation to provide the correct data relating the buyer, the card number and the card data. Providing false or inadequate data will cause legal conclusions.

Delivery

There is no delivery for e-tickets.

After the payment you will receive a confirmation with a reference number on your screen, regarding that your submission has been completed successfully. At the same time you will receive an e-mail to confirm your purchase showing your ticket.

Security

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to transfer your credit card data to your bank. We do not store your credit card details and we don't share your personal information with third parties.
